高速公路应急决策系统支持技术研究

Support Technology of Freeway Emergency Decision System

针对我国高速公路管理部门不能迅速有效处理突发事件问题,分析了交通事件的分类,介绍了高速公路应急交通指挥决策系统主要内容和支持技术。主要包括:数据仓库设计、模型库设计、知识库设计、在线联机分析技术,在此基础上提出了主要保障技术。结合高速公路管理体制,提出了高速公路应急交通指挥决策程序。

Aimed at the problem that freeway operational department can not deal with the emergency traffic accident appropriately,the classes of traffic incidents were proposed.The characteristics,main contents and support technology of freeway emergency decision system were set forth,including data warehouse design,model warehouse design,knowledge warehouse design,and on-line analysis processing.Based on these technologies and the freeway operational system,the freeway emergency decision process was put forward.
