莫西沙星治疗急性支气管炎伴心血管疾病1例报告

A case of moxifloxacin in treatment of acute bronchitis complicated with cardiovascular disease

摘要 1病历资料患者女,80岁。因咳嗽、咳痰伴气急10d于2008-12-16入院。10d前受凉后出现咳嗽、咳少量白黏痰,痰液不易咳出,活动时胸闷、气急,并出现双下肢凹陷性水肿,门诊给予"阿奇霉素、沐舒坦、顺尔宁"治疗,用药1周症状无缓解,收入院。患者既往支气管哮喘5～6年,高血压4年,
