自体血浆联合异体血浆输注治疗肺心病疗效观察

Observing the curative effect of autoplasmotherapy with xenogenous plasma infusions in treating cor pulmonale

目的观察自体血浆与异体血浆治疗肺心病的疗效。方法在常规的治疗基础上给自体静脉血分离红细胞后回输及异体新鲜血浆输注,并监测输入血浆前后红细胞压积、血红蛋白浓度、肺动脉压力值及血浆蛋白浓度的变化。结果所有患者均有不同程度的红细胞压积下降、血红蛋白浓度下降、肺动脉压力值减低及血浆蛋白浓度的上升,心功能改善。结论自体血浆联合异体血浆输注治疗老年性肺心病方法简单易行,增加常规药物的治疗效果,临床疗效显著,减少疾病复发,远期效果好。

Objective Observing the curative effect of autoplasmotherapy and xenogenous plasma infusions.Methods Separating RBC from the patient's blood in veins,and then the patient s plasma and other s plasma was sent to the patient on the bases of usual treatment.And looking into the changes of ACT,HGB,pulmonary blood pressure and TP before plasma infusions and after plasma infusions.Results For all patients,HCT,HGB,pulmonary blood pressure descended in different level and TP ascended in different level.Conclusion Their cardio-pulmonary function was easy to actualize.The curative effect of usual medicament can be ascended and the recrudesce of disease can be descended by the method.This treatment had a remarkable clinical curative effect and a good effect in future.
