中老年代谢综合征患者认知功能障碍的特点

Characteristic of cognitive dysfunction in middle-aged and elderly patients with metabolic syndrome

目的探讨中老年代谢综合征患者认知功能障碍的特点。方法入选2008年8月-2008年12月在山西省人民医院心内科住院的86例代谢综合征(MS)患者及90名非MS健康者。采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)进行认知评估。结果 MS组的MoCA总分低于非MS组(P<0.05)。其中MS组的注意、语言及延迟回忆得分低于非MS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组注意方面的差异主要体现在连续减7方面(P<0.05)。结论代谢综合征患者存在认知功能的降低,主要体现注意、语言及延迟回忆方面,其中注意方面的差异主要为连续减7能力的降低。

Objective To explore the characteristic of cognitive dysfunction in middle-aged and elderly patients with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods 86 patients with MS and 90 patients with no MS who were treated at People's hospital of Shanxi Province from August,2008 to December,2008 were eligible for this study.The cognitive functions were evaluated with Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) Beijing Version.Results The MOCA scores of MS group was lower than that of non-MS group(P<0.05).The scores of attention,language and delayed recall were higher in non-MS group than MS group(P<0.05).The main difference of attention between two groups was serial 7 subtraction starting at 100(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive function is impaired in MS patients,their attention,language and delayed recall were mainly damaged,The main difference of attention between two groups was serial 7 subtraction starting at 100.
