摘要 宁波市实施省"领雁工程"具有鲜明的区域特色,其基本思路是与宁波市"百千万师训工程"有机结合。在实践中形成了"三导师制"下的团队共进模式、"三方共建"下的专业发展学校模式、"三课渐进"的课堂研讨模式、"三问探究"的问题解决模式。这种设计从总体上看,体现了局部与整体、培训与使用、任务与服务的深层融合。 Ningbo has a distinctive regional characteristic in implementing 'Provincial Bellwethers Project'.The basic idea is to integrate it with Ningbo 'Ten Million Teacher Training Project'.In practice,we form the patter of Joint-development team on the basis of 'Three-mentoring',and the professional development school model under the 'Tripartite-joint-construction',the study and discussion to the class with the rule of 'Gradual-three-lesson',and the problem-solving model according to the 'Exploringthree-question'.Overall,this design embodies the deep integration between part and whole,training and using,task and service.
