摘要
详细分析了夏热冬暖地区的公共建筑节能设计方法,并找出在设计寿命期内建筑节能投入费用与使用期耗能费用之和的最小值,从而为项目建设的决策提供参考.
Based on engineering economic theory and method,the analysis of the energy-saving design for public buildings in hot summer and warm winter zone,is made to ensure that the sum of construction cost and power consumption cost are minimized within the design life of buildings besides meeting the compellent energy conservation standard.The research results would benefit the decision making in the project design.
