中国与美国防火规范研究及分析——火力发电厂建筑部分

Research on Chinese and American building fire codes——division of buildings of thermal power plants

基于对中国与美国防火规范(火力发电厂建筑部分)主要强制性要求的研究分析,提出了对中国防火规范和美国防火规范适用性的框架性认识,并就执行过程中可能或已经出现的难点问题提出相应的策略,以期帮助设计人员在实际工程(尤其是涉外工程)设计中能正确认知并合理有效地解决建筑防火问题,同时也为其他相关方面研究提供有益的借鉴.

Based on large amount of analysis of main mandatory requirements of Chinese and American building fire codes,a general understanding of applicability of them is proposed;and some corresponding effective strategies are suggested to resolve the problems,which may appear or have already appeared in the course of performing.Applications of the research results are expected to help designers to cognize correctly and to resolve the problems reasonably of building fire protection.Meanwhile,it can provide valuable references for other relative researches.
