摘要
整体式封闭煤场挡煤墙结构,堆煤产生的内外壁温差及季节温差对结构的配筋设计有着巨大的影响,封闭煤场基础环梁及挡煤墙结构的配筋多由堆煤侧压力及温度应力的组合工况控制.本文根据现场测试及试验的结果,提出封闭煤场堆煤内外壁温差、季节温差及温度应力计算的取值原则,同时对混凝土结构的裂缝宽度控制标准提出了建议.
The temperature difference between the inside and outside walls caused by the coal stack,and the season temperature difference,have a strong impact on the structure reinforcement for the monolithic closed coal yard.The reinforcement of foundation ring beam and wall is controlled by the load combination of coal side pressure and temperature stress.According to the test result,the caculation principles for the temperature difference between the inside and outside walls,season temperature difference and temperature stress are put forward.Finally,the control standard for the crack width of concrete structure is proposed.
