The plan for sea filling and ground treatment of Ningde Nuclear Power Plant,is described.And the program of blasting compaction construction,plastic drain slab construction above the water,laying geotextile,backfilling stone and dynamic compaction,etc.are also expounded.The dynamic compaction effect with plate load testing and Rayleigh wave testing method are described briefly.The results can be used as reference for other sea backfilling and ground treatment projects.
