摘要
以国电石横电厂三期2×330MW主厂房大型框架采用清水混凝土施工为例,对清水混凝土以往的施工工艺进行了分析,针对混凝土外观质量缺陷详细阐述了本工程的施工工艺在模板脱模剂、拼缝、转角、螺栓孔、加固方案、垫块、预埋件安装等方面的改进以及具体的改进方案实施.
Fair-faced concrete technology has been applied to the construction of large scale framework for 2×330 MW main power house in the third stage of Guodian Shiheng Power Plant.The previous construction technology of fair-faced concrete is analyzed.Regarding to the appearance of quality defects of concrete,a reform program for the construction process,including template release agent,edge joint,corner,bolt hole,strengthening scheme,padding block,embedded installation and the implementation of the program,are described in detail.
