Structural design of integral multi-bearing point statically-indeterminate hanging steel flue

摘要 针对目前火力发电厂建设的新形势,着重介绍了在采用湿法脱硫、不上GGH和取消烟气旁路的工艺前提下,采用整体多点超静定悬挂钢内筒烟囱新型结构的设计优化思路.同时依托工程计算分析可知,整体多点超静定悬挂钢内筒烟囱新型结构与传统整体自立式钢内筒烟囱相比具有明显的优势,可取得较好的社会经济效益,具有较好的推广前景. In light of the new situation of thermal power plants construction at present,the thinking of design optimization of the integral multi-bearing point statically-indeterminate hanging steel flue is introduced depending on the technics of taking off the sulphur without GGH and gas bypass in the wet method.Through the project computational analysis,it is shown that the integral multi-bearing point statically-indeterminate hanging steel flue has obvious advantages than the traditional integral self-supporting steel flue chimney,so as to make better social economic benefits;and it has better popularization prospects.
