摘要
近几年我国的电力建设正在向机组的大容量高参数方向发展,1 000 MW等大容量机组不断增加,汽轮发电机基础设计、施工的好坏直接关系到电厂机组能否安全、经济和高效地运行,目前国内对1 000 MW超超临界机组在设计、施工等各方面的经验均在不断积累,技术水平正在进一步提高,为了进一步优化该基础的动力特性,保证汽轮发电机基础的设计质量,对某工程1 000 MW汽机基础进行了动力特性优化研究、数模振动特性分析、物模试验和基础现场原型实测研究.其成果对我国今后同类基础的设计具有重要的参考价值.
In recent years the electric power construction development tends to high capacity,high parameters in China.The high capacity generator groups,such as the 1000MW generator groups,appear continuously.The quality of construction and design of turbo-generator foundations has important influence on the safe,economical and efficient operation of generator groups.At present,the experiences in the construction and design of over-critical 1 000 MW generator groups are accumulated continuously;and the technical level is improved gradually.The dynamic character optimization of a 1000MW turbo-generator foundation is studied;digital simulation of vibration characters is analyzed;physical simulation experiments and actual measurement in field are carried out in order to optimize the dynamic characters of the foundation furtherly and ensure the high quality of the turbo-generator foundation.The research results will have important reference value for the design of the same kind foundations in future in China.
