摘要
基于国内外土地调查的基本状况,阐述了土地调查的重要性,从实践的角度梳理了第二次土地调查的特色,对城镇土地调查容易忽视的几个问题做出了适当的解析。
On the Base of basic situation for land investigation at home and abroad,this paper explained the importance of the land investigation,introduced characteristics of the second land investigation from practice and analyzed several issues easyly neglected in Rural land investigation.
