摘要
介绍了基本农田保护有关法律、法规和政策,分析了基本农田调查上图规程、规定和有关要求,阐述了湖北省基本农田保护的历史与保护现状,总结了湖北省基本农田调查中存在的问题,提出了解决问题的办法,为第二次土地调查基本农田调查工作的顺利开展提供有益的帮助。
This paper intrduced the laws,regulations and policies for basic farmland protection,analyzed the mapping regulations and the relevant requirements in basic farmland investigation,described the history and status of basic farmland protection in Hubei,summarized the problem and proposed some settling solution which will Provide useful help for the smooth development of basic farmland investigation in the second land investigation.
