摘要
按照《第二次全国土地调查技术规程》的要求,建设省级土地调查数据库及管理系统,对第二次土地调查成果中的影像、图形、地类和权属进行一体化的信息管理,详细阐述了系统的功能和结构,实现了省级地籍管理工作的规范化和智能化,也为国土资源的全过程管理打下了坚实的基础,并对系统的后期成果应用进行展望,为领导层的宏观决策提供了依据。
This paper introduced the method for construction of provincial land investigation database and management system,according to request of 'Technical Regulations of the Second Land Investigation',described in detail the function and structure of the system to achieve standardization and intelligent of the provincial cadastral management,it has laid a solid foundation for the whole process of land resources management,and gave an outlook on the system's results application to provide a basis for macro-decision-making.
