简述了垃圾处理项目特许经营BOT模式的定义、特性,结合实例分析了其优缺点,提出了营造具有中国特色的BOT模式的建议。
Definition, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of chartered operation BOT pattern for waste treatment projects were discussed by combining examples. Suggestions for building BOT pattern with Chinese feature were put forward.
