摘要
采用加入脱水调理剂对污泥脱水性能和热值进行试验。结果表明:加入5%调理剂时,放置6d,污泥的含水率可由81.46%降至44.68%,热值升至6402.1kJ/kg;加入10%调理剂,20%煤粉,放置5d,生物污泥的热值升至14220.8kJ/kg,可作为燃料出售。
Test of dewatering performance and heat value of sludge was carried out by using addition of dewatering conditioner. The results showed that water content of sludge was reduced from 81. 46% to 44. 68% and heat value increased to 6 402. 1 kJ/kg, accordingly at 5% dosage of dewatering conditioner and standing for 6 days. Heat value of sludge could reach 14 220. 8 kJ/kg under the condition of 10% dewatering conditioner and 20% pulverized coal addition, and standing for 5 days. The sludge can be sold as fuel.
