摘要
分析了当前政府投资工程评价、定标阶段存在的问题,提出了实行最低价中标法的若干建议和优越性。
Existing problems in evaluation and bidding confirmation of government investment projects were analyzed. Some suggestions and superiority for winning bid with the lowest price were put forward.
