摘要 综述了近年来以甘油为原料制备二羟基丙酮的研究和技术开发进展。介绍了微生物法、直接催化氧化法和间接氧化法的研究现状;评述了甘油催化氧化过程中催化剂和反应条件等对产物的选择性和产率的影响;总结了分离提纯二羟基丙酮的方法。最后对以甘油为原料制备二羟基丙酮的研究和发展方向进行了展望。 The recent progress and development of the synthesis of dihydroxyacetone from glycerol are reviewed.The research status of the microbial conversion,direct catalytic oxidation and indirect oxidation of glycerol are introduced.The influences of catalysts and reaction conditions on the selectivity and yield of dihydroxyacetone in the catalytic oxidation of glycerol are remarked.The separation and purification of dihydroxyacetone is summarized.The pending problems and the prospects for the conversion of glycerol to dihydroxyacetone are stated.
