摘要
研究探讨了不同剂量的60Co辐照、不同辐照点对医用胶原材料各种物化性能的影响,并对最佳辐照剂量进行测试。经过反复实验优化,获得最佳辐照剂量及辐照点。采用纯化后的冻干品作为辐照点,不仅可以满足承受25 kGy辐照剂量的要求,而且辐照前后的物化性质变化不是很大,符合未来的产品原料要求。
The effects of different doses of 60Co irradiation,different irradiation points on a variety of physical and chemical properties of collagen material were studied,and the best radiation dose and irradiation points were tested.After repeating experiments for optimizing conditions,the best radiation dose and the irradiation point were obtained.Purified freeze-dried collagen used as irradiation point was best,for it can bear to meet the requirements of 25 kGy radiation dose,and there is no significant change in physical and chemical properties of collagen material before and after irradiation,in accordance with the requirements of future product raw materials.
