摘要
通过五因素四水平正交实验考察了超临界CO2萃取工艺参数对叶黄素收率的影响。最佳工艺为:萃取压力45 MPa、萃取温度50℃;分离压力Ⅰ8 MPa,分离Ⅰ温度55℃,在分离釜Ⅰ中收集主要提取物;分离Ⅱ压力4 MPa、分离Ⅱ温度20℃,在分离Ⅱ收集的为杂质。萃取温度、分离Ⅰ压力对叶黄素浸膏的超临界CO2萃取工艺有显著性影响。
A 5-factor and 4-level orthogonal design is used to study conditions of the supercritical CO2 extraction process to the yield of lutein from marigold flower.The optimum process is found as follows:45 MPa of extracting pressure,50℃ of extracting temperature,8 MPa and 55℃ for the separating kettle Ⅰ,4 MPa and 20℃ for the separating kettleⅡ.The main extracts are collected in separated kettle Ⅰ.The extracting temperature and the pressure of separating kettle Ⅰ have remarkable effects on supercritical CO2 extracting result of lutein.
