摘要
对木浆进行乙酰化,研究不同活化和酯化工艺对木浆乙酰化产物的影响,得出工艺条件为活化时间3 h、温度80℃、固液比1∶9;酯化时间2 h、温度50℃、催化剂用量2.50%以及反应摩尔比2.00的情况下,所得产物的不溶物含量较少,特性黏数较大,性能优良。
The influence of activated and acetylaed technology on the production of acetylated wood pulp are investigated.The results show that under the conditions of activated time of 3 h,activated temperature of 80℃,amount of acid as 9 times to that of pulp,acetylated time of 2 h,acetylated temperature of 50℃,amount of sulfuric acid 2.50% and the molar rate of acetic anhydride as 2 times to that of the cellulose's hydroxyl group,the product has good properties with less insoluble residues and fine intrinsic viscosity.
