不同温度和pH对小球藻USTB-01生长和品质的效应

Effects of different temperature and pH on the growth and quality of Chlorella USTB-01

采用50 L全自控发酵罐,在不同温度和pH对小球藻USTB-01的异养生长和品质效应方面进行了研究。发现在24~28℃内,随温度的升高,小球藻的生长速度明显加快,培养48 h最终生物量(OD680 nm)从45.8提高到122.4,但代表小球藻品质的蛋白含量却从18.5%降低到14.6%,叶绿素含量从25 mg/g降低到18 mg/g。进一步研究表明,与pH 6.5和7.5相比,pH 7.0不仅能够支持小球藻的异养快速生长,而且可以获得较高的蛋白含量,但叶绿素含量却低于生长于pH 6.5的小球藻,尚未见有文献报道。

Effects of different temperature and pH on the growth and quality of Chlorella USTB-01 are investigated in a 50 L fermentor.It show that with the increase of temperature from 24℃ to 28℃,the growth of Chlorella USTB-01 is promoted and the biomass of microalgae(OD680 nm) is increased from 45.8 to 122.4 at 48 h.However the protein and chlorophyll contents,which represent the quality of microalgae,declines from 18.5% to 14.6% and from 25 mg/g to 18 mg/g,respectively.Further studies indicate that,compared with those grown at pH 6.5 and 7.5,both the growth and protein content of Chlorella USTB-01 are much improved at pH 7.0,however chlorophyll content in microalgal cells is lower than that at pH 6.5.
