摘要
介绍了鑫汇金矿由露天转地采所留隔离带矿体安全高效回采技术研究及应用,该部分矿体上部为尾砂,具有倾角缓、矿岩风化程度深,稳固性差,且贴近尾砂坑采准工程布置困难等特点,通过采用脉内采准、分段回采、连续采矿技术、采用水平浅孔光面崩矿,底板隔筋电耙出矿,砂袋隔墙分段尾砂充填工艺,采用"便携式岩音监测仪"监控顶板等取得了良好的经济技术指标,解决了矿山生产中的难题,在同类矿山中推广前景广阔。
This paper introduces the safe and efficient recovery technology of the ore pillars remained by the transferring of open pit to underground mining in Xinhui gold mine and its application.The upper part of this ore-body is tailing with characteristics of slow dip,deep rock weathering,poor stability,and difficulties in engineering layout due to be close to the tailings pit.Some good economic and technical indicators have been achieved by using vein mining,sub-level mining, continuous mining technology,the superficial hole surface caving,ore-drawing by the scraper,sand tailings filling and a'portable rock sound monitor'monitor roof to solve the problems in production and have a bright promotion in the same mine.
