摘要
无底拄分段崩落法是一种高强度的采矿方法,被广泛应用于大型地下铁矿床的开采,但这种采矿方式贫化损失大,而且随着采场结构参数的加大,这一问题更加突出,严重的制约了该采矿方法的发展,也成为许多矿山急需解决的重要技术问题之一。根据放矿理论,矿石的贫损指标与放矿步距密切相关,也与端壁倾角有较大关系。但不同端壁倾角对放矿指标的影响程度如何,国内外研究的较少。为此结合梅山铁矿采场参数优化的科研课题,开展端壁倾角与矿石损失贫化关系的研究,进而为指导矿山生产提供理论依据。
The sublevel caving is a high-intensity mining method,it is widely used in depositing large-scale underground mining of iron ore,but the dilution and loss of the mining method are high,and along with the structural parameters of the stope are increased,this issue is more prominent,but also serious constraints on the development of the mining method, it also became one of the important technical problems which mines are need to address.In accordance with the drawing theory,indicators of the dilution and loss are closely related with the drawing step and end wall dip angle.However, different angles are what extent effects of indicators of the mining drawing.Which both are less study at home and abroad. To this end,this paper combined with the research projects of stope optimization in Meishan Iron,it conducts research of the relations between the end wall dip angles and the dilution and loss.Furthermore,provide theoretical basis for guiding production.
