摘要
全尾砂膏体充填是一项当今国际上最为先进的矿山充填技术,其优点是可以最大限度地利用矿业工业废弃物,充填体在采场内不用脱水,充填体强度高,水泥消耗量少,充填成本低,充填体能够对采场顶板和围岩进行有效支护,提高充填质量,确保采矿生产安全,同时实现矿业生产的废物零排放。结合国内某矿山实例,系统介绍了一种新型膏体充填工艺技术,具体介绍了工艺流程、设计原理及运行情况,并对工业试验结果进行了分析和探讨。
Total tailings plaster filling is the most advanced mine filling technique,it can farthest utilize mine industrial waste,dont need dewater of backfill,high intensity backfill,consuming few cement,little filling cost,backfill can supporting the stope roof and surround rock,improving filling quality,guarding mining safety,waste zero discharging.
