摘要 根据甲烷光谱吸收特性,设计了一种基于单片机C8051F410控制的甲烷监测系统。结合A/D转换电路、通信电路、显示电路,可进行声光报警,LCD液晶显示等。该系统已在国内外建立多个示范工程,试验表明,该系统具有很好的稳定性,在0-100%量程实现了对甲烷浓度的实时在线监测和显示,监测的灵敏度可达ppm量级。在煤矿瓦斯检测、瓦斯抽采和发电等领域、大气环保检测、天然气泄漏检测都具有广泛的应用前景。 According to the characteristics of methane spectral absorption,a methane monitoring system based on C8051F410 MCU control is designed.In combination of A/ D conversion circuit,communication circuits,display circuit, can be sound and light alarm,LCD liquid crystal display and so on,this system has been applied in several demonstration projects at home and abroad.Tests showed that the system has a good stability,and can realize real - time on - line monitoring and display within the 0 - 100%range of methane concentration.The monitoring sensitivity can be up to ppm level.It has a wide application prospect in the coal mine gas detection,gas extraction and power generation fields,atmospheric environmental detection and gas leak detection.
