四川甘孜州矿产资源可持续开发利用研究

On Sustainable Exploitation of Minerals in Ganzi,Sichuan

四川甘孜藏族自治州位于青藏高原东缘的松潘-甘孜造山带。该区地质构造复杂,成矿地质条件优越,矿产资源丰富,现已发现矿种数达60种以上,其中有百余处大中型矿床,是西南地区重要的金属和非金属矿产集中分布区之一。也是我国寻找大型、超大型矿床的找矿远景区域之一。矿业开发已成为该地区经济发展的主要产业之一。由于受各种因素的影响,该地区矿产资源的开发引起了诸如矿产资源勘查程度较低,存在不合理开发,缺乏综合利用和环境保护与治理重视不够等问题。针对这些问题,提出了加强该地区矿产资源开发的科学与法制管理、加强该地区矿产资源勘查、加强矿产资源综合利用和环境保护等方面的措施和对策。以期推动甘孜藏族自治州矿产资源的合理开发利用,促进该区矿产资源产业和社会经济的可持续发展。

The Garze located in the Songpan - Garze orogenic of the east Qinghai - Tibetan Plateau.With its complicated geological structures and predominant geological conditions of ore - fonning and rich mineral resources.Garze is one of the perspective areas for prospecting large or very - large mineral deposits in the western China.So for more than 60 mineral types,100mineral lands have been found.The mineral resources exploitation has became one of mainly economic developmental types.Because of various factors effect,some problems caused by mining resources exploitation.such as poor exploration extent,unreasonable exploitation,lack of comprehensive utilization and neglect of environment protection exist in Garze.Countermeasures such as strengthening control over exploitation of mineral resources,scientific and legal administrations, comprehensive utilization and environment protection,etc in the paper..which lay a important foundation for mineral resources reasonable exploitation and mineral resources and social and economical sustainable development in Garze.
