糠醛系弱碱性阴离子交换树脂的制备及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 该文以糠醛为原料合成功能高分子树脂,通过与三乙醇胺和多乙多胺的缩聚反应,制备黑色无定形弱碱性阴离子交换树脂。结果表明:树脂的最佳制备条件是多乙多胺、三乙醇胺、糠醛的质量比为0.8∶2∶2.5,温度110℃,反应时间0.5 h,蒸馏时间20 min;离子交换树脂对醋酸的最佳吸附条件是吸附温度25℃,吸附时间3 h,pH值为4,初始浓度为5%;使用0.1 mol/L的NaOH溶液进行反复再生吸附试验,得出糠醛离子交换树脂有良好的再生能力;通过吸附等温线的拟合,说明糠醛离子交换树脂对醋酸的吸附符合Freundlich型吸附等温线。 In this study,the authors synthesized a functional polymeric resin with furfural as the material.Through the polycondensation reaction of triethanolamine and multi-B polyamines,a black amorphous weakly basic anion exchange resin was prepared.Results showed that the best preparation conditions were as follows: ratio of multi-B polyamines,triethanolamine and furfural was 0.8∶2∶2.5,temperature 110℃,reaction time 0.5?hour and distillation time 20?min.The best adsorption conditions of the furfural exchange resin to acetate ions were adsorption temperature 25℃,adsorption time 3?hrs,pH 4 and initial concentration 5%. By repeating the regeneration experiments using 0.1?mol?L NaOH solution,the authors concluded that the furfural exchange resin could obtain good regeneration effects.By fitting the isotherms,it is suggested that the adsorption of acetate ions by this anion exchange resin agrees with the Freundlich type adsorption isotherm.
