磁性纤维素胺基树脂的制备及铬离子吸附 被引量:2

摘要 该文以氯化亚砜改性微晶纤维素,利用二乙烯三胺对氯化纤维素进行胺基取代制得纤维素胺基树脂,运用Fe3O4磁粉与树脂进行超声包埋处理,建立了一种磁性纤维素胺基树脂制备的新方法。结果表明:胺基取代反应的最佳条件为氯化纤维素3 g、二甲亚砜100 mL、二乙烯三胺3 mL、温度100℃、反应时间12 h;磁性纤维素胺基树脂吸附铬离子的最佳静态条件为吸附时间3 h,吸附温度30℃,树脂投加量0.02 g。磁性纤维素胺基树脂吸附铬离子后,用10%的氨水解吸,表现出较好的再生能力。 Magnetic cellulose amido-group resins(MCAR) can be manufactured through the following three steps.First,microcrystalline celluloses were modified with thionyl chloride to get chloridized celluloses,and then,amino resins were obtained through the substitution of amino groups of this chloridized cellusloses with diethylenetriamine.Finally,the resins and Fe_3O_4 magnetic powder were applied to supersonic treatment to produce MCAR.A new method for MCAR preparation was established in this study.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of magnetic cellulose amido-group resins were chloridized cellulose 3?g,dimethylsulfoxide 100?mL,diethylenetriamine 3?mL,temperature 100℃,and reaction time 12?hrs.The best conditions of its static chromium ions adsorption were adsorption time 3?hrs,adsorption temperature 30℃,and resin charge 0.02?g.After magnetic cellulose amido-group resins adsorbed chromium ions,10% ammonia water was used to desorb,which displayed a good regeneration ability.
