改性大豆蛋白胶黏剂制造胶合板热压工艺研究 被引量:13

摘要 该文利用正交试验方法,研究了热压温度、热压时间、热压压力和施胶量对使用改性大豆蛋白胶黏剂制造的杨木胶合板胶合强度的影响规律。结果表明:①在130~160℃热压温度范围内,随着热压温度的增加,胶合板胶合强度显著增大。②在30~60 s/mm热压时间范围内,胶合板胶合强度随热压时间的增加呈上升趋势。③在0.6~1.0 MPa热压压力范围内,胶合板胶合强度随热压压力的增加几乎呈直线上升;热压压力超过1.0 MPa后,胶合板胶合强度的增加趋势有所减缓。④双面涂胶量为310 g/m2时,胶合强度达到最大值。由此得出较佳工艺参数为:热压温度160℃,热压压力1.2 MPa,热压时间60 s/mm,双面施胶量为310 g/m2。 Using an orthogonal method,this study investigated the bonding strength of plywood made by modified soybean protein adhesives under different experimental conditions such as hot-pressing temperature,time,pressure,and amount of adhesives.The results indicated that the bonding strength of plywood increased significantly when hot-pressing temperature increased from 130 to 160℃,or when hot-pressing time increased from 30 to 60?s?mm,or when hot-pressing pressure rose from 0.6 to 1.0?MPa.After 1.0?MPa,the rising tendency of the bonding strength slowed down.The plywood achieved a maximum bonding strength at the amount of adhesives of 310?g?m^2.The optimum technological parameters are suggested as follows: hot-pressing temperature 160℃,hot-pressing pressure 1.2?MPa,hot-pressing time 60?s?mm,and amount of adhesives 310?g?m^2.
