Advances in impregnation of wood chips in high-yield pulping.

摘要 该文全面介绍了木片浸渍的研究方法(定量法及定性法),着重阐述了木片浸渍机理的研究进展(浸渍中的扩散系数、化学反应及浸渍模型),讨论了木片浸渍的影响因素及改善措施。此外,该文提供了可用于木片浸渍领域的研究信息,评述了特定条件下液体在木片中的渗透过程。在指出现有研究不足之处的同时,强调了建立木片浸渍模型及利用可靠、准确的方法来研究相关问题的重要性。 The methods used in the research of chip impregnation,qualitatively or quantitatively,are overviewed in this paper,and the impregnating mechanisms involving diffusion coefficients,chemical reactions and impregnation models are also illustrated.In addition,factors affecting impregnation and techniques to enhance the impregnation are discussed.Furtherly,this paper provides a summary of currently available knowledge of wood impregnation and evaluates the process of liquid penetration into wood chips under given conditions.In the meantime,this paper emphasizes the importance of establishing wood impregnation models and shooting problems with reliable and accurate methods while pointing out the defects of current studies.
