摘要
以电镀法制造马口铁时会产生阳极泥废弃物,此废弃物的主要成份Na2SnF6及Na3FeF6,其数量相当多,如能回收利用,不仅可以解决环境污染问题,且可以节省锡资源的消耗.本研究使用没有器材腐蚀的碱法以处理此废弃物,其处理过程为以阳极泥与氢氧化钠1:1(碱过量),再利用电析方法与其它化学反应,将各成份分离纯化,得到锡纯度可达到99.96%以上,并获得冰晶石、针铁矿、普鲁士蓝、硫酸钠等副产品.
This research is aimed at the utilization of discarded tinplate anode slime.Its main ingredients are Na2SnF6 and Na3FeF6 with a few other impurities.Alkali method was used to treat the slime,and pure tin(99.96%) was obtained from subsequent electrolysis.Cryolite,goethite,Prussian blue and sodium sulfate were also obtained as byproducts from this study.This experiment has retrieved serviceable resources effectively from discarded tinplate anode slime,and reduced environmental pollution.
