摘要 为改善双辊薄带连铸工艺熔池液面的波动情况,根据相似原理建立了双辊薄带连铸机及布流系统的1:1模型,进行水力学模拟实验,研究了流量、熔池高度、分配器高度等参数对熔池液面波动和流体流动混合特性的影响.实验结果表明,在流量为8.7~14.5m3/h的工艺条件下,流量的增大和熔池液位的降低,使得液面波高变大,停留时间减小;分配器高度对于熔池液面布流器两侧波高以及停留时间的影响不明显,但在侧封板处,分配器越高液面波高越大;布流器两侧液面波高以及薄带出口处流体分布均匀性不好,有待改善. A 1:1 water model of a twin-roll strip caster was set up based on the similarity criteria of Froude number and Reynolds number to improve level fluctuation in the molten pool. The effects of flow rate,pool height,and height of distributor on level fluctuation and flow pattern in the molten pool were investigated by hydraulics simulation. It could be seen from these results that when flow rate changed from 8.7 to 14.5 m3/h, with the flow rate increasing and pool height decreasing, waveheight increased and residence time reduced. On the contrary,the height of distributor was a indistinctive influence factors on waveheight and residence time in both sides of delivery device,but its lifting would increase the waveheight around side dam. In addition,the symmetry of level fluctuation in both sides of delivery device was satisfied but the homogeneity was not ideal. Meanwhile,the mixing uniformity in twin-roll nip point was unsatisfied and needed to be improved.
