齿轮钢主要钢种高温力学性能研究 被引量:4

Researches on High-temperature Mechanical Properties of Several Pinion Steels

摘要 在Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机上对16MnCr5,SCM420,20CrMnTi3种齿轮钢进行了高温拉伸实验.结果表明,在实验条件下16MnCr5,SCM420,20CrMnTi3种钢试样第III脆性温度区分别为600~1060℃,710~910℃,600~975℃,3种钢在第III脆性区产生断裂的原因不同,SCM420钢脆性区最低点是由形变诱导铁素体的产生引起的,而晶界滑移则是16MnCr5和20CrMnTi钢产生脆性最低点的原因. High temperature tensile test of three kinds of pinion steel, 16MnCr5, SCM420 and 20CrMnTi, was carried out by using the thermal stress/strain simulator Gleeble-1500. The results suggested that the temperature range of embrittlement region III for 16MnCr5, SCM420, and 20CrMnTi were 600~1060℃, 710~910℃, and 600~975℃, respectively. The reason causing fracture in embrittlement region III was different with different grades of pinion steel. For SCM420, the lowest ductility was mainly caused by the formation of ferrite induced by deformation. While in the cases of 16MnCr5 and 20CrMnTi, it was mainly caused by grain boundary sliding.
