摘要
在高压釜内对18Cr18Mn钢进行了底吹氮气的增氮实验研究.实验条件下,钢中增氮速率随时间减小,底吹增氮效果在前20min较好;在0.5MPa压力下,底吹流量为0.12,0.18,0.24m3/h时,钢液中的表观传质系数βN分别为1.690×10-3,3.201×10-3和5.765×10-3m/min.
In order to increase the nitrogen content in 18Cr18Mn steel, the experiment of bottom-blown nitrogen was carried out in a high pressure reaction furnace. Under the experimental conditions, the incremental rate of nitrogen deceased with time, and the effect of nitrogen increment was much better in the first 20 min. Under the pressure of 0.5 MPa and subaeration of flow at 0.12, 0.18 and 0.24 m3/h, the apparent mass transfer coefficient in molten steel was 1.690×10-3, 3.201×10-3 and 5.765×10-3 m/min respectively.
