炼钢集束氧枪高温射流特性的数值模拟及应用 被引量:3

摘要 建立了燃气集束氧枪射流流场的数学模型,对集束氧枪在不同条件下的高温射流特性进行了分析.数值模拟及现场应用表明,在同等条件下纯氧集束氧枪射流长度优于普通超音速氧枪,而燃气集束氧枪射流长度明显优于纯氧集束氧枪,并且燃烧温度越高、氧燃比越大,射流速度衰减越慢;在泰山特钢70t电炉应用中获得良好的喷吹效果,达到节约冶炼时间5~6min,吨钢电耗下降40~50kW-h. The calculation mode for oxygen stream field of coherent jet oxygen lance was built. Numerical research of jet flow of coherent jet oxygen lance was carried out under different conditions of protective gas at high temperature. Numerical simulation results and using effects showed that under the same condition the jet flow length of normal oxygen coherent lance was better than that of common oxygen lance, and the jet flow length of oxygen-natural gas coherent lance was better than that of normal oxygen coherent lance, and the combustion temperature and ration of oxygen and gas was higher, the speed of jet flow velocity attenuation was slower. The application to a 70 t consteel arc furnace at Taishan Steel indicated that after using the oxygen-natural gas coherent lance, melting time reduced 5~6 min and the electric power consumption reduced 40~50 kW-h/t.
