摘要
介绍了各种钢液脱氧工艺的发展过程及氢气、天然气脱氧和固体电解质脱氧等新型脱氧工艺的研究现状.采用氧化物冶金技术,控制钢中氧化物夹杂物的类型、尺寸和分布,以提高钢的焊接等性能已成为现行脱氧工艺研究热点;随着炉外精炼工艺的发展,钢包精炼中的扩散脱氧已成为生产低氧钢的一个重要途径.新型脱氧工艺中,脱氧产物不污染钢液的脱氧方法将成为未来的发展方向.
The development and research status in deoxidization process and deoxidization by H2, natural gas and solid electrolyte were introduced. Adopting oxide metallurgical technology, raising the welding and other properties of steel by controlling the size, type and distribution on oxide inclusions have become research focus in deoxidization process recently. With the progress of secondary refining, diffusion deoxidization in ladle refining has become an important approach for production of low oxygen steel. For new deoxidization processes, the unpolluted deoxidization would become a new development trend.
