摘要
介绍了当前国内外锰硅合金生产中的节能措施,包括原料制度和电炉参数的选择对节能的影响.总结了铁合金生产中的工艺和设备如空心电极技术、低压补偿技术和直流矿热炉等在节能降耗上的优势.由此提出,在正确操作电炉的情况下,正确控制入炉含锰原料搭配和造渣剂的选择是实际生产中节能的关键措施.
Energy-saving measures in Mn-Si alloy production were introduced. These measures included materials system, electrical parameters, new technology and new equipment, such as iron-remaining, slag-remaining, hollow electrode powder technology, low-voltage compensation technology and DC submerged arc furnace. Advantages of saving energy and reducing consumption were illuminated. On this basis, new direction of energy-saving in silicon manganese alloy production was DC submerged arc furnace.
