摘要
介绍了Zn-Al系热浸镀合金镀层的结构组成及其对钢基体的保护机理,在此基础上重点综述了前人关于Si,Mg,Ni,Ti和稀土等合金元素对Zn-Al系热浸镀合金镀层的影响机理.研究结果表明,各合金因素通过改善镀层结构组成进而显著提高Zn-Al系合金镀层的耐蚀性、抗高温氧化性、粘附性以及涂覆性等.本工作旨在为进一步开发具有我国独立自主知识产权的、高耐腐蚀性的钢板镀层材料提供必要的指导和借鉴.
The microstructure and performance of Zn-Al hot dip coatings were briefly introduced in this paper, together with their protecting mechanism on steel substrate. Further, the previous study concerning the influencing mechanism of alloy elements such as Si, Mg, Ni, Ti, and earth elements, on the microstructure and performance of Zn-Al hot dip coatings were reviewed in detail. It is pointed out that the addition of alloy elements above can greatly improve the performance of Zn-Al hot dip coatings such as corrosion resistance, anti-oxidizability, and adhesion property, etc., through altering the phase composition and the related microstructure. This paper tends to provide necessary knowledge and theoretical information for development of superior Zn-Al hot dip coatings with self-owned intellectual property in China.
