摘要
目的确证L-甲基多巴的结构。方法采用紫外、红外、氢谱、碳谱和质谱等方法进行结构解析。结果在0.1mol·L-1氢氧化钠溶液中最大吸收峰发生红移;红外光谱表明分子中含有羟基、氨基、羰基和苯环等结构;碳谱显示结构中含有10个碳;质谱的分子离子峰m/z为211。结论通过上述方法可以确证L-甲基多巴的结构。
OBJECTIVE To identify the structure of L-methyldopa.METHODS The structure of L-methyldopa was analyzed by means of ultraviolet spectrum,infrared spectrum,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and mass spectrum et al.RESULTS Red shift took place in 0.1 mol·L-1 of sodium hydroxide solution,IR spectrum showed there were hydroxyl,amino,carbonyl and phenyl groups in the structure,the molecule consists of 10 carbons and the m/z of molecular ion was 211.CONCLUSION The ways as mentioned above can be used for the identification of L-methyldopa.
