摘要
目的建立气相色谱法测定西地脑中薄荷脑含量的方法。方法在20%PEG-20M色谱柱上,柱温150℃,进样口温度220℃,检测器温度230℃。结果总薄荷脑平均回收率为99.03%,RSD=0.526%;线性范围0.5~2.5mg·mL-1。游离薄荷脑平均回收率为98.44%,RSD=1.829%;线性范围0~0.5mg·mL-1。结论本法简便、快速、准确,可用作西地脑的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a GC method for the determination of menthol in inclusion complex of compound menthol-β-cyclodextrin.METHODS A 20%PEG-20M column was used,the temperature of column was 150 ℃,and the sampling and detector was 220 ℃ and 230 ℃,respectively.RESULTS The average recovery of all menthol was 99.03%,RSD=0.523%.The calibration curves of total menthol were linear in the range of 0.5-2.5 mg·mL-1.The average recovery of dissociate menthod was 98.44%,RSD=1.829%.The calibration curves of free menthol were linear in the range of 0-0.5 mg·mL-1.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and suitable for the quality control of the inclusion complex of compound menthol-β-cyclodextrin.
