Potentiality Evaluation of Medical and Nursing Personnel in the War:Mobilization Base on the Micro-perspective of Individual Participant Desire

医护人员的动员工作在整个国民经济动员中占据了至关重要的位置,为了更有效地针对地方医护人员进行战时动员,就必须对影响地方医院医护人员参战意愿的各种因素有一个全面地把握和认知。本研究通过大量调查和访谈,利用因子分析的方法初步建构了一个能够反应影响个体参战意愿的主要因素的指标体系。

Mobilizing the medical and nursing personnel takes an important effect in the war mobilization of national economy.In order to mobilize locally medical and nursing personnel effectively,every factor of influencing individual participant desire of the personnel must be grasped and cognized overall.Through a large number of surveys and interviews,an index system of the main factors was established by the factor analysis method preliminarily.
