基于聚类分析的神舟飞船供应商分类研究

Research on the Shenzhou Spacecraft Supplier Classification Based on Cluster Analysis

在供应链环境下,越来越多的企业开始重视供应商管理。为了解决神舟飞船供应商在分类管理上存在的问题,从物料和供应商两个角度建立了神舟飞船供应商分类指标体系,用层次分析法确定指标权重,采用聚类分析将神舟飞船供应商分成供应商主导型供应商、相互独立型供应商和生产方主导型供应商3种类型,并针对不同类型供应商提出不同的管理策略。本文能为神舟飞船项目组的供应商管理提供建议。

In the supply chain environment,more and more enterprises start to pay attention to supplier management.In order to solve the problem of the Shenzhou spacecraft suppliers in classified management,the Shenzhou spacecraft supplier classification index system was established based on the characteristics of the materials and the suppliers.Using analytic hierarchy process and cluster analysis,Shenzhou spacecraft suppliers were divided into supplier-oriented suppliers,independent suppliers and manufacture-oriented suppliers.The different management strategies were proposed for the different types.The research can offer recommendations for supplier management of the Shenzhou spacecraft project team.
