Research on Safety Control Factors of Winging Missile Developing Enterprises

通过梳理安全管理理论,采用问卷调查的方法,对飞航导弹研制企业安全控制要素进行了定量识别,得到了4个企业应重点控制的安全要素,即安全意识、作业技术、作业环境和组织管理,并在此基础上设计了具有针对性的安全控制措施以保障企业安全生产的顺利进行。

According to a literature review on safety management theories,using questionnaire survey,four key factors were obtained from quantitative analysis.They are safety awareness,operating technology,operating environment,organizing and supervising.Based on these factors,some safety measures were proposed to guarantee the safety production of winging missile developing enterprises.
