缓冲体系中辉钼矿电氧化浸出研究 被引量:3

Investigation on electric-oxidation of molybdenite concentrate in buffer system

摘要 主要对缓冲体系中辉钼矿电氧化浸出行为进行了考察,最优的浸出工艺参数为液固比25∶1,搅拌速度400r/min,NaCl浓度4mol/L,Na2CO3浓度10g/L,pH=9,室温,Mo浸出率可达到99.5%,且电流效率达到61%,而非缓冲体系电流效率仅为39%;浸出动力学表明,浸出过程表观活化能为8.56kJ/mol,反应界面有固体产物生成,过程受固膜扩散控制。 The dissolution of molybdenite concentrate in buffer system has been investigated.When the liquid-solid ratio is 25,mixing rate,400 r/min,pH=9(initialization),room-temperature,concentration of NaCl,4 mol/L,concentration of Na2CO3,10 g/L,then the leaching rate of Mo can achieve 99.5% and the current efficiency at 61%,correspondingly current efficiency at 39% in non-buffer system.The test results prove that the dissolution of molybdenite concentrate is represented by shrinking core model with diffusion through a porous product layer of sulphur under alkaline conditions,the apparent activation energy (Ea) for the dissolution reaction is calculated as 8.56 kJ/mol.
