2,4-二氯-5-甲氧基嘧啶是新型的嘧啶类中间结构体。以甲氧基乙酸甲醋、甲酸甲酯、尿素、三氯氧磷等为原料,经环合、氯化,合成了2,4-二氯-5-甲氧基嘧啶。反应条件优化后总收率可达到46%,产品纯度在99.5%以上。

2,4-Dichloro-5-methoxy-pyrimidine is a new intermediate compound of pyrimidine.In this paper methyl methoxyacetate,methyl formate,carbamide,phosphoryl chloride are used as raw materials to synthesize 2,4-dichloro-5-methoxy-pyrimidine,by cyclization and chloridization.And under optimal conditions the total yield of product can be about 46%,with a purity higher than 99.5%.
