摘要 设计和安装了一套用于测定汽液平衡的装置。在Dvorak-Boublik平衡釜基础上,改进保温系统以减少对流和辐射散热对平衡釜的影响;集成一套真空系统以满足松节油体系常压及减压相平衡数据的测定。采用改进后的Dvorak-Boublik平衡釜测定了松节油体系中β-蒎烯+对伞花烃二元体系在100.7kPa时的汽液平衡数据,所得结果通过了热力学一致性检验,故改装后的相平衡装置可用于具体的相平衡测定实验。 A set of equipment for vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) is designed and established.Based on Dvorak-Boublik still,the heat preservation(insulation) part is modified to reduce the influence of heat convection and radiation to the still;the vacuum system is integrated to meet the need of measuring phase equilibrium data of turpentine under normal pressure and decompression condition.The modified still is used to measure the vapor-liquid equilibrium data of β-pinene/p-cymene mixture in turpentine under isobaric pressure(100.7 kPa),and the results are verified with thermodynamic consistency tests.So the modified still can be used in measurement of specific phase equilibrium.
