心房颤动并预激综合征12例治疗体会 被引量：1

摘要 心房颤动(房颤)合并预激综合征属于内科急症,可导致每搏输出量降低,严重者可诱发心室颤动、心源性休克而死亡,故及时而准确地诊断、选择最佳处理方法为救治治疗关键。美国心脏病学院(ACC)、美国心脏协会(AHA)和欧洲心脏协会(ESC)共同修订了心房颤动的治疗指南(治疗指南)[1,2],对房颤的临床治疗具有十分重要指导意义,但在临床应用中需深入理解、合理应用,才能提高诊疗水平。
