摘要 针对超级电容器的充放电性能测试,本文设计了一种基于单片机控制的恒流测试系统。该系统的设计思想是由恒流源给超级电容器充电,之后超级电容器再通过恒流模式下的有源电子负载放电,由继电器控制充、放电功能的自动转换。系统采用PIC16F877A单片机控制,通过对主电路的输出电流和电压实时监控,并根据采集到的电流数据,采用PID算法,实时调整输出电流值,从而提高恒流输出的控制精度。 In order to research the charge and discharge performance of super-capacitors,in this paper,the constant current test system based on pic-microcontroller as the controller was designed.The design thought of the system was that the super-capacitors were charged by the constant current supply,then were discharged by the electronic load of constant-current mode,and the automatic conversion between charge function and discharge function was controlled by relay.The test system can monitor the output current and output voltage of the main circuit by the PIC16F877A microcontroller,and in accordance with the current data gotten from the sampling circuit,adjust the output current by PID algorithm,and thereby enhance the controlling precision of the output of the constant current.
